how i can display photo name or it's title under it
here is my test page

finaly i found the problem :-
i install "appserv-win32-2.5.9" on my PC and then i install coppermine v1.4.27, then i install cpmfetch v2.0.0
every thing is very ok

i dicover that the PHP on my PC is v5.2.3, but PHP on Hosting is v5.2.13

how can i solve this?

We don't know what appserv-win32-2.5.9 is nor can we support that. You haven't done as suggested, that's why we can not help you at all. Read the thread that I have refered to and do as suggested there if you want an answer.
