I checked the file permissions and all sems to be in order.
The error message I get when trying to upload a file as follows:
Critical error     
   
The file 'albums/userpics/Braam___Sonja~2.jpg' can't be inserted in the album

Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image.

File: /home/okpcoz/public_html/foto/db_input.php - Line: 402

User name: test user
Password: 12345
