[Solved]: Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image
« on: April 17, 2008, 01:40:23 am »

"Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image."

When I try to batch upload files I get the red X logo and when I click it this is the error message I received.  I relise this topic has probably already been covered, but I couldn't seem to follow any results...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Nick

Make sure http uploads work as expected first. Do exactly as suggested in the docs, sections "upload troubleshooting" and "asking for support on upload issues".
Usually, you get this error message when you haven't set permissions as suggested in the docs, so you better review permissions on folder/file level.

You're a genius.  Although I'm surprised I didn't notice the permissions had been altered to begin with..

Thanks so much!  I really appreciate it!
