move whole Navigation to the bottom

hi,

I got a similar question to this:

But I'd like to move the whole navigation to the bottom. but the menus aren't showing up, when moved behind the {GALLERY} placeholder.

Is there a way to get all the Menus to the bottom?

I didn't get the Admin menu to the bottom, but I got at last.

by adding

        '{ADMIN_MENU}' => theme_admin_mode_menu(),to $template_vars = array(   ) in pagefooter()
