Help with install

I have never done one (upgrade) so can you help me understand this, "Except for the "albums" directory, upload all of the new files and directories making sure not to overwrite the include/config.inc.php file, your anycontent.php file or the albums directory."

Does that mean I delete those and copy the rest to my gallery folder?

I did some searching for a tutorial on upgrading and didn't see anything.

You don't need to delete anything, just upload the new files over the top of your old ones.
