THORBLES WITH PASSWORD

I've forgotten my passwrod from my Coppermine Galery, so I clicked on Forgot Password to ask a new one, but I didn't receive any e-mail with the instructions to get a new password, what can I do? I can't loose my photos and all work that I've been get all this months!
