Hi Guys,
I'm in the process of upgrading to 1.2.1; at the moment my files are on the root; but I want to place the gallery in a directory called /gallery.

I've gone ahead and uploaded the file of 1.2.1 to the new directory via FTP but i'm faced with an error message.

did you move the albums folder as well?. Coppermine stores a relative path from the coppermine root to the pic location (usually /albums). Go into coppermine config and change the value of "The album directory" from the default path "albums/" to "../albums/" and report back if this works for you.
