Jupload only for private albums
« on: August 14, 2009, 09:15:59 am »

Good morning,

is it possible to allow the upload with jupload only for private (users) albums and not for public albums?
It is important for me.

Thank'you

Jupload respects the permissions from Coppermine's groups control panel.

And, with this, jupload has the same permissions of traditional uploads  :(

Jupload respects the permissions from Coppermine's groups control panel.

absolutly!

then, I understand that the asked question is that a user who may upload to private and public albums, would be allowed to use jupload only for private ones.

correct ?

If so, it's not planned, and really specific.

I have the problem that some users, instead of loading the images in private albums, upload dozens of photos in the public albums, then I have to delete them all manually.

Easier question, can I enable jupload only for registered users (leaving traditional upload for guests?)

Check the alwaysVisible parameter. You can put 'Registered' there (as a group name).
