Hum, it's the first time i see somone who want to sell a theme on this board $:-\$
Not sure it's the right place (but an other moderator can move this if it's not).
they are plenty of free themes shared by cpg users, on the demo gallery and cpg is free and opensource...

P.S. Not sure the PSD file is needed for changing the logo

Trying to sell a theme is OK as far as the license is concerned. You have to be aware though that it's pretty easy to steal your theme, as there seem to be no real changes in theme.php. The images have mostly been taken from the fruity theme that I have created, so I'm not sure what you actually charge for. I wouldn't be ready to spend the money for a non-uniqure theme as you can get many themes for free. However, you're welcome to try to sell it. Please keep us updated about your progress.
