Can't be involved in

When I'm uploading pics everything is fine there's quote that the image(s) was (were) uploaded successfully and I can choose the album. But when I do that there're quotes: The previous image could be not involved in the album. (and) All files were successfully involved in.
I was looking for it but I couldn't find something like that.

My English's not perfect and for gallery I use my local language so I don't know the right wording of all quotes. That's why I'm asking for the answer. Everything was working about a week ago but now it doesn't work.

Upgrade to 1.4.19 first please.
