Permisson for resistered user

Hi,

How can i change to a resistered user the permissions, that he can after uploading picture , may deled the picture again or that he can change again the file informations when is wrong tipt?

Config -> Allow users to retain control over their pics in public galleries. Please read the docs before asking questions in the future.
