[Closed]: Few issues after 1.4.18 upgrade

Hi,

I recently upgraded to v1.4.18 and am having some issues I would like to solve.  1) Often the meta tags aren't showing up, and when they do they are commented.  2) Whenever I log-in/out I'm not being redirected and have to click the 'Continue' button.  (3) Changes in themes/mytheme/template.html aren't showing up.  The file contains my code, but the generated page does not.

How do I solve these issues?

BTW: How do I remove the 'with # comments' text from '# files in # albums and # categories with # comments viewed # times'?

Fine I'll post each question in a separate thread with a link to my gallery.  This I have already done and my issues are now solved.
