upgrade from fantastico problems?

Hi

I just read in another thread (somewhere), that upgrading via Fantastico is a problem. As a host, with many clients who love & use cPanel & Fantastico, I'd like to know what problems arise when users upgrade Coppermine via Fantastico?

Take a look at the detailed explanation in the preliminary docs for cpg1.5.x that apply to cpg1.4.x as well: http://documentation.coppermine-gallery.net/auto-installers.htm
Not related to permissions, but upgrading - moving accordingly.
