Paid Help Needed: upload file to specific album

I need a way for an upload link to contain an album id and then, when clicked on, only allow the user to upload their photo to that specific album. For example: The user clicks on http://mywebsite.com/coppermine/upload.php?album=albumidnumber, uploads the file and instead of the screen saying "select album" it would list the album id# from the upload URL and title of the album. If the upload link doesn't contain ?album=albumnidnumber, then it would have the user select an album.

Is there anyone out there that could do this for me? I don't have a lot of money right now. Would $20 be okay?
