Adding picture description and title to image properties

is it possible to have the picture title and description that is added when uploading - automatically added to the picture keywords and comments under properties?

without modifying the code, this is not possible, but you may want to have a look at the "resize pictures"-utility in the admin menu - it can do some renaming as well.
