Album description in the Title tag

Hey folks,

Is there a way I can the album description, or maybe a shortened version of it, into the title tag for each album gallery? I wouldn't want it displayed in the title tag for the larger image display though. Just the album name and then the image Title. I'd really appreciate any help on getting this working. I searched for information on this, but didn't come up with anything.
