Need coppermine help. Paid help.

I need a few things done with coppermine:

1-first is sort of an emergency - I seem to have lost all my thumbnails and links to intermediate photos etc. I am not sure how this happened, and sure hope it can be fixed.  http://www.dr-tourist.tv/photogallery/index.php  There were TNs for all categories and albums and now there are not. I can click on the text links and get to the photos so the photos are still there, just the TNs are not showing up on gallery pages?

2-I also want to upgrade to latest and greatest of coppermine

3- I would like my adsense code and possibly amazon code added to all pages.
