mySQL Error...HELP!

The following errors were encountered and need to be corrected first:

mySQL Error: Table 'wpri.cpg11d_config' doesn't exist

I contacted my ISp and they set up the mySQL database for me. Supposedly it is all set, but I keep getting this error when I first try to get it running. Am I missing something? :?:

Yes- it is when I run the instal.php that I get the initial error...
