coppermine 1.3 to 1.4
« on: June 22, 2006, 10:38:27 am »

Is it possible to export our 5000 image database from 1.3 to to stand alone version 1.4 even though 1.3 was part of a nuke site! visual link to the site in question @ http://globalphotosite.info/index.php?name=coppermine

New subdreamer install under construction @ http://globalphotosite.uk with standalone version 1.4 at
http://www.globalphotosite.co.uk/gallery/index.php

will check your link to the nuke info.

Many thanks for trying to help if it isnt possible, I will just have to go with a zero image clean install for the community.

regards

Chris

it's not impossible
I'm not familiar with NUKE
it should be done like this:
- create backup of your nuke and cpg1.3.x db
- upgrade your cpg1.3.x to 1.4.8
- export users from nuke db to cpg1.4.8 db
- remove bridge from nuke
