how can i allow any size of file to upload?

hey guys how can i allow any size of file to upload?
for examples one of my friends wanted to upload this video which is 6MB and it didnt let him to upload because the max file size is 1024 but i want to set it to unlimited or higher, i cant do that
can anyone help me please  :D

Groups Manager.

Note that the ultimate limit is set by the server. Check the sticky in the upload board.

thnx for the reply but the group manager didnt help me
im hostin coppermine on my computer using apache
do i have 2 edit something in my php server or something?
