I have some problem with my coppermine gallery.

After I've installed it, it worked fine. Some days ago, it write 2 error message:

Warning: ini_set() has been disabled for security reasons in /cpg143/include/debugger.inc.php on line 46

Warning: ini_set() has been disabled for security reasons in /cpg143/include/debugger.inc.php on line 47

They are the 2 lines from that file:

$this->old_display_level = ini_set('display_errors', 1);
$this->old_error_logging = ini_set('log_errors', 0);

I couldn't login into admin mode. The gallery hasn't got other users. I try to update to v1.4.6, it was successful, but the problem remained.
what should be the problem? Wrong file permissions or else?
