How do I uninstall this mod?

Okay, a while ago I installed a mod that allowed guests to view thumbnails and the albums of my gallery, but not the full-sized pictures.  Now I want to get rid of that mod, but I don't remember which mod it was or who made it.  I'm currently using 1.4.3, and my gallery is here.

Oh, I think I put this in the wrong forum.
