Hello.

Ok i ve been playing and have found the sample theme.php file with all the code in it. the bits that i have been looking for.

My question is how does the templates create the menu on the pages when there is no code for it until you put it in, is it calling it from somewhere else?

I want to understand how these templates work because then i can understand what i need to do. I wouls also like to write a basic doco that explains to a newbie of coppermine and php how the whole template system works as in a flow of what file calls what file.

I am using cpg 1.4.4 so i donto have any understanding of cpg 1.3.

Cheers and thanks for the help, if these question have been answered before i am more than happy to read the posts, i have read some doco on themes but it was a little confusing as it assumed you new certain things.
