Remove fullsize images automatically on upload?
« on: April 15, 2006, 12:38:46 pm »

Hello

Is the feature to remove the full-sized images on upload available in version 1.44?

If it is, how can I realize it?

Thank!

in config -> Files and thumbnails settings
1. don't create intermediate images
2. set 'Max width or height for uploaded pictures/videos (pixels)' you like them to have
3. set 'Auto resize images that are larger than max width or height' to 'Yes:Everyone'

means, no intermediate images will be created anymore... if you stop changing config at 1. then all images will get displayed as fullsized in the 'intermediate view'

now you tell coppermine to resize the fullsized images down to (in your case) the size of your intermediate images

You'll have to run the admin tools to apply the settings to already uploaded pics
