need to upgrade

I need to upgrade to the newst version but have a few thing to understand, First off we have a custom style sheet for our gallery second we are bridged to phpbb ver 2.0.19 and will be upgradeing that as well
So what is the best way to go about doing this
Also IK am new to this so I might be slow with some of these things

There is now such version. Did you mean cpg1.3.1?
