I kind of forgot my admin password.
Then got banned.........
Logged into phpmyadmin and looked at cpg140_banned.
I dropped the line with ipxxxxxx
That was stupid i guess beacause now i get

always make a backup before you mess with the database.

I do not know exactly what you've done but it may work to delete the table cpg140_banned and then run update.php
Just emptying the table won't give an error.

To verify what happened you should enable debug mode (directly in the database cpg140_config -> set debug_mode to 1) and then post the exact mysql error

deleting the table and running update worked just fine.
