New Upload Error

I just set up a fresh install and integraded it with my phpbb. i am able to upload photos fine with admin access, but registered users get this error when they try to upload.

Error
Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files

in my group admin sectiion i have everything selected as "yes" for registered users. so why wont it let registered users upload to an album?

Check you have created albums and set them to accept uploads in album properties.

i already created the albums... when you say album properties are you refering to the groups link? if not where is album properties located?
