Migrating users from 1.3

Just wondering if there is a way to get all my users from my old 1.3 version of coppermine and get them into my new 1.4 without them re-registering again?

So you did a fresh install rather than an upgrade? Why not try upgrading following the instructions? Otherwise, you'd have to do stuff like a db dump and importi it.
