Upgrade to 1.42 and Bridge Manager Question?
« on: December 01, 2005, 11:29:19 pm »

I am having a problem upgrading a stable CPG 1.3.5 that is correctly bridged to phpBB 2.18 to CPG 1.4.2.

I have read tons of posts on admin login issues and apologize if I can't seem to latch onto the solution to my problem. I have not posted the settings for BM since I cannot run it.

The CPG 1.4.2 install is fine. I preserved config.inc.php and anycontent.php. Using the Classic theme. DB update is fine.

In previous upgrades I brought over init.inc.php and my phpbb bridge file but that doesn't seem to work with the new bridge manager. I can't run the bridge manager, version check nor login as admin. Obviously CPG has no idea where to get the login info since it doesn't have the bridge setup. I've deleted every cookie etc.

I cannot run the bridgemgr.php directly since I'm not admin.

How do I get logged in as admin so I can run the Bridge Manager?

THANKS ANYWAY, FIXED
