Is Coppermine compatible with members.aol.com?
« on: October 31, 2005, 11:12:38 pm »

I have been trying to use the Gallery to upload pictures and each time I try to get it to work I get problems, I am new at installing this software, so any help would be appreciated.  www.members.aol.com/linedancingdude/photos/install.php.  It shows my error information.  I don't want to waste time with it, if it won't work in the first place.  I heard i need a personal domain in order for it to work.

Link doesn't work. If the server meets the mininum requirements for coppermine then you can use it.

Your server doesn't support PHP, you can't use Coppermine i'm afraid.

ok thank you anyway, I downloaded all the files My SQL and PHP that coppermine suggests, but thats what I thought that AOL doesn't support it.  That s#cks.  Thank you for the help and saving me all kinds of headaches.  I appreciate it.  I guess I just need to get a domain name or upload photos the old fashioned way in the mean time within the htm file.
