changing the filesize of every video at the same time

I have a massive archive of videos on my site and would like to change the video sizes all at the same time.. set the sizes to 480x360 but i changed the layout and would like to make the view size smaller on all of them.. aside from editting each individually is there a way i can batch change all of them.. or a way to edit the database..
