I was reading the docs my site for this http://pics.vincemedia.net/docs and I was wondering.  What this about phpbb and coppermine?

did you read section 5, where bridging of coppermine and your bbs application (in your case phpbb) is explained?

that's as basic as it possibly can get. If it's too complicated for you I recommend hiring someone who does this for you.
