So im trying to change the permissons on album and included so i uploaded them then i right clicked on the folder then properties and it told me "This server does not support changing file permissions" so now what do I do? If i cant change permissons then I wont be able to use coppermine right? Thanks for any help. oh and im on godaddy with a windows server

Windows doesn't support changing permissions using CHMOD in your FTP client. There should be some control panel provided by your host to allow you to set permissions,
