Upgrade from 1.2.0RC2 to final

I understand that upgrading from 1.2.0 RC2 to 1.2.0 final is done as if it was a new installation - download 1.2 final - unzip- upload/install on server. Right?

I have done som small hacks in the theme file in use. Could I keep the old theme-file?

You should be able to keep your revised theme without any problem.

When upgrading from 1.2.0 RC2 to 1.2.0 final, do we upload and overwrite the config.php file or not? I'm not clear on this.
