XP Publisher is a component of Windows, not coppermine, so you're gonna have to ask redmond...

Redmond is not a person, but the city where the Microsoft headquarters are located. When talking about Microsoft, people often refer to them as "redmond". In other words: file your complaints to customer care at M$ :wink:
