還有，他是否支援 windowsxp 直接上傳模式呢？

zip檔案上傳到主機它不會幫你解壓縮的.
你說的是用 xp web publishing 上傳嗎? cpg 可以用那個上傳

There's a mod by Ratking which allows zip file upload and auto unzipping
