I have been looking on the board for two hours now to find a possible solution to my problem, but I must be missing it.

I moved my albums from albums.photoplus.nu to the subdomain limburger.photoevents.nu
Of course I chmodded the required folders to 777 and I changed the config file to point to the new database (other name) and with new username.
I connects to the database, shows the thumbnails BUT I get this error.

Stupid question maybe but why not freshly install the cpg and then if needed import the mysql comments stuff etc.. ?

Did you even try to install a fresh copy of cpg and see if that does work ?

That is an option, sure.
And no I did not try that yet.
but is hell the most logical thing to do if nothing else works

Zowiezo altijd wel de beste optie indien je echt van locatie verhuisd met cpg.

Sorry, ik ben lastig!

I did a new install and it works fine, but I do not have a sql dump, only the raw files which I upload using root access directly into the mysql folder.
So I'm back to step 1

I wonder why the error says: Warning: getimagesize(): Unable to access albums/ddl141104/ 16_27_40.JPG
Why can't it access albums/... ?
dir is chmodded to 777

What I understand is that the function getimagesize cannot read variable.
If you would like to have admin access to try for yourself, then please let me know.

Probably caused by having a space in the filename.

The files in the albums folders do not have a space in front.
Is the script maybe adding a space?
I will rename all files and add a space to see if that solves the problem.

probably happened during migration - make sure you have no "funny" configuration in your ftp app (or whatever you used to move the files).
