Hi all

First of all, I've looked thru the manual but I can't find how i can set the permissons on a certain album so that only a certain group can upload in it.

You can't.

It can be admin only (default except user albums) or it can be everyone you allow to upload, in the groups manager.

There may be a more granular permissions system in future versions, not in 1.4.

I'm looking into this type of permission system.  I have a few ideas on how to accomplish it, now it's just finding time to do it.
