I open my copermine galerry and some of the images come with this error.....

If you go to the file path of the image, it's not on the server. Make sure that it is there.

For future reference, you should not upload your files to the userpics folder.

How did you upload this pic, by using the 'upload' link, or by ftp?

you're using cpg1.3.1 - although this probably won't fix the issues you're dealing with, you're strongly encouraged to upgrade to the most recent stable cpg1.3.2
Posting on "general discussion" is not a good idea either, as this sub-board's description says

. That's why I had to move your posting to the board it was meant to be posted in in the first place (with a better subject line )
