Error: Forbidden File type

whenever i try to upload anything other than an image or .mid file, i get that error message, or i wont get one at all

My file type permissions are set to ALL

"ALL" doesn't mean "all filetypes that exist in this universe", but "all filetypes that coppermine knows". Post what type of file (extension) the pics you tried to add had. You might need to add them to your filetypes table in the database.
