Making A Theme

I can make skins for invision power board i am just woundering if coppermine skinning is harder then skinning invision? It looks pretty much the same to me but im not really sure i just want to make one that matches my site. So could yall tell me what the difference is and how hard or not hard thanks. ???

post a link to your site (your board), so we can get a general idea how complex your site's layout is. As you're posting in general discussion, you seem to request a general answer, so here you go: no, it isn't hard at all.
I can't tell if it's harder or less hard than making themes for your bbs, because I don't know your bbs.

coming up with a coppermine theme shouldn't be any harder than skinning your bbs (nice one though ;)). There is however the issue of readability and distracting the user when using a theme with background images, but I'm sure you're aware of this and can well live with it.
