I want to get rid of rating/comments/User Galleries and also change Last Additions to Latest Additions

How would I go around by doing this?

Rating and comment rights are set per album, just disable them. Disallow user galleries in groups page, and you will need to edit /lang/english.php to change the wording.

Depends what you mean by tab, but probably just involves commenting out/removing things from the theme.php of the theme you are using.

When I try to uncompress the Reynolds theme, it only gives me three images.
