you're only meant to post question on the subject of this thread, not general ones. In the future, start new threads if your questions deals with something else, don't try to hijack threads.
You're welcome to check the demo (use the dropdown field "chose a theme" to go through all the themes). If you like a theme, go to the download section and get the theme from there. If a theme is not in the demo, then we don't have the theme - simple as that. Chose one that comes closest and then modify it to suit your needs, as suggested in the docs.

Update the theme, it was made before the stable 1.4 release.

I tried it for 1.4.3 and almost everything works. THe config button is not visible, along with the admin button. Also, I tried converting it the 1.4.x theme using instructions in the previous post

But that did not work. When I go to config, it doesn't show anything. No images or none of the config options. Just want to know if the file posted in the first post is the official 1.4.x version of the simplicity theme. If not, where can I find one. When I try to customize it, it don't work.

this is not an official theme. As suggested above: it was mad ebefore cpg1.4.x was released as stable. If you know your way around, you can make it work as suggested. If you can't then just leave it as is - there's no other version of this theme then.

Simplicity is not fully compliant for the use with the stable releases of cpg1.4.x, the menu items haven't been updated and the theme doesn't validate - could someone look into this? Thanks.
