Email when new album/categorie/photo's

It would be nice if there was a option to mail all the users when there is a new album or categorie or even when you upload some new photo's.

There's a massmail mod (that is reported to be buggy though). Admin massmail has been requested before, and there has been some discussion about it. The current dev team members won't do it, we do not see the need to increase spam on a spam-infected internet, but you (or anyone else) is welcome to come up with a hack that actually works.

It may be possible that I'm confused by your double negatives, so my answer might not apply: yes, there is an admin mass email mod.
