back up/restore

I need to back up my database because i am moving to a new server, but i see no way to do this?  how do i do it?  then how do i restore it on my new server?  gaaaa people are getting mad at me!

first, backup your database (use phpmyadmin or something like that.. I'm sure you can find a utility that backs up a downloadable file for mysql by searching the web.

download your albums directory and upload it to your new server (after doing a fresh install of CPG on your new server) in the directory structure where it belongs

upload the backed-up mysql file using phpmyadmin or some other utility...  viola!

That's all there really should be to it.
