Ability to specify per album whether image is resized or not
« on: August 30, 2004, 01:11:02 pm »

I am pretty sure that I read that the ability to resize images when uploaded will be in the next upgrade.  What I would like to see is to be able to choose whether or not an image is resized by album.  For example, I want all user albums to be resized upon upload but I would like to be able to make some public albums (like albums containing desktop backgrounds) to not be resized.  Also it would be nice to be able to choose on a case by case basic if some users pictures are resized or not..so it might be best to make it a user level thing (either resized or not resized for their private albums and then the same choice for public albums).

Also it would be nice to see the ability to change dpi along with resolution.  I would rather most private albums not have images over 72 dpi uploaded because these albums are more for web display and not image storage.

Thank you,
