Why cant i upload large images ??
« on: August 30, 2004, 11:18:47 am »

I have uploaded photos under 1mb but anything over the 1mb i get this error

No picture was uploaded !

If you have really selected a picture to upload, check that the server allows file uploads...

I have the picture setings set to

Max size for uploaded pictures (KB) 9999024
Max width or height for uploaded pictures (pixels)9999024

Can anyone help  ??? ??? ???

If you would have posted on the proper support board instead of general questions, or if you would have searched the board before posting you might have found the answer for yourself. Settings the max filesize within Coppermine to an incredibly high value doesn't help, as long as there are restrictions on your server in place that stop you from uploading large files. If you're webhosted, there's nothing you can do about this.

P.S. Moved to the proper support board, since the error message you get indicates you're using cpg1.3.x
