Hiding/revealing user, comments, rank, votes, etc... for photo contest

I'd like to hold a photo contest on my website.

I want users to be able to vote on and comment on photos without revealing the user who submitted the picture, and also without revealing how others are voting and commenting, until the end of the contest.

Is this possible?  How would I go about implementing it?
