Is there a way I can disable the right-click feature so people can't save/steal my images?

Simple answer is No.  There is no 100% sure way to prevent people from "stealing" your pictures.  You can put a watermark on them (search the board), which will put some text over the image.  If you're concerned about people stealing your images, limit access to them via groups and permissions, or don't post them.
