Why don t u make an admin bord for the categories ?

it ll be most easy for admin the albums, so u can make any albun public very fast...

How can i give the permission to registered member to upload a new album in a category !

Can i make a category public ???

currently, "regular" users can only create albums within their personal gallery. Only the admin can create albums in the public gallery. This has been asked quite often already - next time, please search before posting.
